Commencing at an iron pin located in the right of way of North Springs Road on the Northeast corner of said property and running S35°59'56'W for a distance of 252.60 feet to an iron pin; thence turning and running N04°09'550”W for a distance of 248.01 feet to an iron nail on Fisher Wood Drive; thence turning and running on a curve N46°05'51” (radius of 50.0, arc of 69.71) for a distance of 64.20 feet to an iron nail; thence turning and running S53°56'50E for a distance of 148.70 fet to the point of commencement, being all measurements a little more or less.

 

This conveyance is subject to easements and restrictions of record, including those shown on recorded plats and those which an inspection of the property would disclose.

 

This being the same property conveyed to Tami Neitz by deed of Debra J. Hamilton by deed dated June 10, 2003 and recorded June 12, 2003, in Book 806 at Page 1251.
