By virtue of a decree heretofore granted in the case of Business Development Corporation of South Carolina against Eagle Sales Premium, Inc. and Douglas L. Curry, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, a national banking assoication, and Van Group, I, the undersigned Master in Equity for Richland County will sell on Monday, December 4, 2006, at 12 o'clock noon, at the Richland County Courthouse, Richland County Judicial Center, 1701 Main Street, Columbia, South Carolina, to the highest bidder:

All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, situate, lying and being near the City of Columbia, in the County of Richland and State of South Carolina, the same being shown and designated as ract No. 10, containing 1.57 acres, more or less, upon a plat thereof made for Douglas & Marilyn H. Curry by Cox & Dinkins, Inc., dated May 29, 2000, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Plat Book 419 at Page 2433.

Reference is had to said plaat for a more complete and accurate description of subject property as to metes, bounds and measurements.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master in Equity, at the conclusion of the bidding, Five per cent (5%) of the bid in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to the purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff 's debt in the case of non-compliance.
