Kingpins! Highlanders are state champs again!

Photos by Jim Covington In just the fourth year of the SCISA bowling championships, the Heathwood Hall Highlanders won their second straight title. The tournment took place at the Royal Z Lanes on Two Notch Road Thursday, January 28. The Highlanders racked up a score of 460 to place in front of Wilson Hall (391), Orangeburg Prep (358), and Glenforest (319).

The Heathwood Hall ladies finished just four points behind Orangeburg Prep (268) in the first year of the girls’ SCISA bowling champonships to take second place in the tournament.
