1. The Plaintiff is a corporation organized and existing under and pursuant to the laws of the United States of America and doing business in the State of South Carolina.

2. That, upon information and belief, Defendant is a resident of the State of South Carolina, County of Richland.

3. That this is an action for recovery of an indebtedness due unto the Plaintiff arising out of damages to Plaintiff's insured's vehicle which were caused by the Defendant Fernandez Thames.

4. That on or about the 10th day of September, 2010, the Defendant Stephen Bostic caused damages to the Plaintiffs insured's vehicle bringing about a loss to the Plaintiff, as a result of the acts of Stephen Bostic, in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Two and 80/100ths ($13302.80) Dollars.

5. The Plaintiff has been subrogated to the rights of the insured.

6. Although demand has been made upon the Defendant for reimbursement, no payment has been forthcoming to the said Plaintiff and there is now due and owing thereon by the Defendant unto the Plaintiff, the sum of Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Two and 80/100ths ($13,302.80) Dollars.

7. The Notice of Consumer's Right to Cure, as contemplated under South Carolina Code Section 37-5- 110 and 37-5-111, was not applicable.
