HOLDINGS, LLC NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION, South Carolina, Richland County NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 33-44-808 of the 1976 South Carolina Code of Laws, as amended, that MCS Land Holdings, LLC a South Carolina limited liability company, was dissolved on the 31st day of May, 2018, and that all creditors of and claimants against the company are required to present their respective claims immediately in writing to the person named below. Each claim should include the name and address of the claimant, the date on which the claim arose, the amount of the claim, and should include with it any supporting documentation which may substantiate the claim.
